Return/Exchange Policy
Fish NYC guarantees all its products against any defects. Fish NYC allows exchange or refunds on defective merchandise or shipping error, within 10 days of the delivery date. In these circumstances, Fish NYC will be responsible for picking up the products and any associated cost.

• All returns/exchanges must be approved by Fish NYC before they will be accepted.
• Any exchange received after 10 days of the delivery date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In these cases the customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back and all associated costs.

Shipping Policy
Shipping cost will be based on your order amount. Please see the table below for your expected shipping charge. All orders will be delivered via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Express and Overnight options are available in addition to standard shipping.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (most orders placed before 2pm Eastern Standard Time on weekdays are shipped the same day!).
• Currently, only orders from the continental United States are accepted.
• Orders in the following states are subject to the listed sales taxes:
  NY - 8.375 %
  NJ - 7 %
  CT - 6 %
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday except holidays.
• Items that are oversize or overweight may require additional shipping charges.
